Nick Scott – President / CEO / Founder
Nick has a 27 year track record of building and managing customer oriented service businesses. In his role, Nick works with customers and partners to understand their needs and then looks to fulfill those requirements with the appropriate resources within Lynx.
Bill Wadley – Executive Vice President
After a long and distinguished 33 year career with BellSouth Business Systems, Bill retired as AVP of Sales for the North and Central Florida region. Bill joined the Lynx team in 1999 and brings this experience and knowledge to our customers and partners with focus on trust and performance.
Adriel Fandino – Vice President
Adriel joined Lynx in 2000 after working with BellSouth (Business Systems and Managed Network Services) for 3 years. Adriel has over 12 years of experience in telecommunications systems analysis and IP services for numerous companies in multiple industries. He has a strong background in information technologies (IT) and additional experience in integrating major data, voice and video networks over a single platform using Cisco, Avaya and other vendors.
Mike Sharp – Director of Network Engineering
Mike began his career in the telecommunications industry with BellSouth in 1967. In his 33 years with BellSouth, Mike was an Outside Plant Engineer (OPE) for 13 years, specializing in local loop and ring design and the placement of copper and fiber optic cables. After his experience as an OPE, Mike moved to a Network System Design specialist position within BellSouth Business Systems’ Major Accounts division. In this capacity, Mike designed networks of all sizes for BellSouth’s customers. These ranged from simple, multi-location data networks to SONET rings with total redundancy. Mike also helped design BellSouth’s ALEC fiber project into another ILEC territory in Central Florida. As one of the most knowledgeable resources of the tariff for BellSouth, Mike quickly became one of the go to guys within the BellSouth Business organization. In 2000, Mike joined Lynx to add his experience and knowledge to enhance Lynx’s capabilities to support and grow with our client base. In the time that Mike has been with Lynx, he has designed, implemented and now manages over 20 SONET rings, MPLS and Metro Ethernet networks for Lynx’s customers. Additionally, Mike is very knowledgeable on other network services including, Broadcast Quality video, Private Networks and IP based network solutions.
Dave Funderburk – Regional Director
As one of Lynx’s original employees, Dave’s technical and project management skills have made him the perfect partner for the ISP industry. He also works with Call Centers, multi-location companies, retail stores and global carriers. His range of clients go from small local analog lines to OC-12 SONET rings as nothing is too big or too small. Dave is a true customer advocate and leverages all the Lynx resources for his customers and partners.
Jan Gura – Project Manager
Jan has over 35 years in experience in the telecommunications industry, most of which were with BellSouth Business Systems. The majority of that time was spent in the position of Customer Care Specialist for some of BellSouth’s largest accounts in Central and North Florida. After retirement from BellSouth, Jan worked in the telecommunications department of a national building supply company. Jan assisted in the company’s expansion from a regional company to a national one. Jan coordinated the conversion of countless systems to a standardized model for branch offices throughout the company. During this conversion process, Jan became very adept at reading telephone bills from multiple carriers (both local and long distance). In 2002, Jan joined Lynx as a project manager and brought with her the perspective of a client along with the determination to focus on and unfailingly serve the client. Her commitment to timeliness, accuracy and client service is widely recognized by our clients, agent partners and by the ATT/BellSouth staff that she interfaces with. As part of our client “Pain Management” project team, she helps our clients and partners achieve their goals without the headache that usually comes with it
